Hi! I'm Coach Miller
I've been coaching college and elite high school lacrosse for the past 20 years. I started BTB Lax back in 2011 to help bring lacrosse instruction to the internet. (Online instruction is very common in golf and tennis, but it has lagged for lacrosse. I wanted to change that.)
Since 2011, over 3,000 players have followed the BTB Lax programs to get their lacrosse game to the next level.

We play for Coach Miller at Gonzaga and have also followed his online programs. We're both going to be seniors and are committed to play Division 1 lacrosse the year after.
Having structure to your practice programs is key. It helps organize your time and make sure you're on the right path to improvement. Lax Shooting Mastery and Off-Hand Ninja are our favorite programs to follow.

I'm Scotty Urick and currently the head coach at Georgetown Prep in Rockville, MD. Coach Miller and I coached together at Georgetown University for several years. You'll see me inside Lax Shooting Mastery. Shooting has always been my strong point. I also played at Georgetown and was an All-American.
After college I played professionally for a decade and played on Team USA. Shooting accuracy and power were my keys to success.
Lots of my current players at Prep use Coach Miller's programs. They do a great job of teaching the fundamentals and then pairing them with high quality drills.
